Key Responsibilities : - Own the complete design lifecycle from discovery to delivery. - Conduct ux research, usability testing, and translate insights into design solutions. - Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI using Figma. - Build and manage scalable design systems and documentation. - Work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to align design goals. - Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across all designs. - Advocate for the user and implement accessibility best practices. Requirements : - 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX Design with a focus on product design. - Proven track record in SaaS product-based companies. - Preference for candidates who have stayed 23 years in a single organization, showcasing commitment and depth of work. - Strong proficiency in Figma, Balsamiq, or similar tools. - Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and design systems. - A strong portfolio and case study demonstrating system thinking and user-centered design. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
