UI/UX Designer - Prototyping Tools

Role Overview : We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to help redefine the online home-buying and exploration experience. In this role, you will work closely with the founders and CTO to design intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital products that simplify complex real estate journeys. You will be responsible for creating user-centric web and mobile experiences, developing internal tools that enhance operational efficiency, and contributing to the design of innovative real estate intelligence platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong design thinking, visual design expertise, and collaboration skills to deliver experiences that are both functional and aesthetically exceptional. What you will do : - Work directly with CTO and other founders to redefine the online home exploring experience. Essentially build a spinny for homes. - Design internal tools to drive SOPs, Analytics, Decision Making and coordination among multiple business teams, operation teams and channel partners. - Design the state of art real estate intelligence tool TruIQ. Were looking for someone who has : - 2+ years of experience building user interfaces for end customers and/or internal employees. - Proficiency in sketch / figma and has designed both web and mweb/app UIs. - Strong interpersonal skills and who can work directly with engineers, and other business leaders. - Balanced mindset when it comes to functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. - Ability to design experiences which are at least 2 steps higher than what exists. Other Requirements : - Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai. - Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai or other parts of India, as required. - Comfortable working independently with ownership of data quality and timelines.
