Adobe Solution Architect

: Key Responsibilities : Solution Architecture : - Design end-to-end solution architectures leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud products. - Build scalable omnichannel personalization solutions across web, mobile, and marketing channels. - Define architecture blueprints, integration patterns, and implementation strategies. - Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives. Adobe Experience Cloud : - Architect and implement solutions using : 1. Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) 2. Real-Time CDP 3. Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) 4. Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) 5. Adobe Target 6. Adobe Launch 7. Adobe Analytics - Configure Adobe Experience Platform components to support customer data management and activation. Personalization & Customer Experience : - Design personalized customer journeys across multiple digital touchpoints. - Implement audience segmentation and real-time personalization strategies. - Translate marketing use cases into scalable technical solutions. - Enable data-driven customer engagement and campaign optimization. Data & Integration : - Design Adobe Web SDK and Mobile SDK implementations. - Define and manage AEP XDM schemas. - Integrate Adobe platforms with enterprise applications and cloud ecosystems. - Ensure data quality, governance, and platform scalability. Marketing Technology : - Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver business outcomes. - Support digital marketing initiatives using Adobe technologies. - Recommend best practices for customer experience optimization. - Drive innovation across the MarTech landscape. Stakeholder Collaboration : - Gather business requirements and convert them into technical solution designs. - Present architectural recommendations to technical and business stakeholders. - Communicate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. - Mentor implementation teams on Adobe best practices.
