Lead Network Engineer - Routing & Switching

Lead Network Engineer Location : Bangalore Experience : 12+ years Required Qualifications : - 5+ years of Network Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Desired Qualifications : - 5+ years of network support experience in NOC operations or similar environments. - Strong understanding of Routing & Switching protocols (RIP, OSPF, BGP). - Ability to quickly analyze and troubleshoot data and voice network outages in large enterprise environments. - Extensive firsthand experience with : 1. Cisco Routers, Switches, Wireless devices 2. Cisco/Checkpoint Firewalls 3. F5 Load Balancers 4. IP subnetting, Layer 2-4 stack, VoIP, QoS, MPLS, SD-WAN - Experience with Arista hardware is a plus. - Voice & Networking Fundamentals Deep expertise in : VoIP protocols: SIP, RTP, SRTP, TLS, Call flows, dial plans, codec negotiation. - Ribbon Expertise Deep hands-on experience with : 1. Ribbon SBC (1K / 2K / 5K / SBC SWe) 2. Ribbon PSX (routing, policy design, call control) 3. Ribbon RAMP (analytics, provisioning, monitoring) - Cisco UC Hands-on experience with : CUCM, CUC, CER, Expressway Integration experience with SBC-driven architectures. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Knowledge of Ansible automation is a plus. - Certifications : CCNA and at least one CCNP-level exam completed (CCNA specialties, F5, MCSE preferred).
