Frontend Software Engineer - React.js

Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain modular, reusable UI components using React.js to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across all product modules. - Optimize web application performance by implementing efficient build processes with Webpack, reducing load times for end-users. - Translate high-fidelity design mockups into pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces using semantic HTML5 and modern CSS3 techniques. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of our production environment. - Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to uphold engineering standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the development team. Required Skillset : - 2 to 4 years of experience - Demonstrated proficiency in building complex, state-managed applications using Javascript and React.js, with a deep understanding of the underlying component lifecycle. - Proven ability to write clean, maintainable code using modern HTML5 and CSS3, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards. - Strong experience in configuring and optimizing Webpack to manage asset bundling and improve overall application performance. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a distributed, remote-first environment. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, showing a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality software within 2 - 4 years of professional experience.
