Supply Chain - Demand & Supply Planner Location : Mumbai Experience : 8+ years Industry Preference : D2C (Beauty/Lifestyle) Role Overview : Seeking a Demand & Supply Planner to drive forecasting accuracy and ensure optimal inventory levels across channels. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data and market trends - Align supply plans with production, procurement, and inventory strategies - Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams for demand inputs - Monitor inventory health, minimize stock-outs and excess inventory - Drive S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes - Analyze data to improve forecast accuracy and supply efficiency Requirements : - 8+ years in demand/supply planning roles - Experience in D2C startups or fast-paced consumer brands - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills - Proficiency in planning tools, Excel, and ERP systems
