This role supports the Global Marketing and Communications Team as a creative, digitally savvy marketer responsible for executing with excellence, partnering with stakeholders, and aligning programs with brand standards and global priorities.
Responsibilities
• Act as an Oxford brand advocate and steward, executing global priorities with local nuance.
• Partner with global cross-functional teams to deliver property marketing initiatives, interpreting briefs, engaging stakeholders, and identifying required resources.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing and communications team (Canadian Office, Retail, Residential Marketing) to ensure programs align with brand standards and global priorities.
• Develop, review, and refine marketing materials (copywriting and proofreading) while providing creative direction and ensuring brand alignment.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of global property marketing tools and resources.
• Source, brief, and manage external agencies, designers, and vendors for sales materials, events, video production, and design initiatives.
• Support the development, updating, and optimization of website content and email marketing campaigns to maintain consistency and relevance to business objectives.
• Track, report, and communicate key objectives and results across marketing initiatives.
• Maintain an understanding of marketing, communications, brand, and real estate best practices. Qualifications
• Required Skills & Experience: University degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business is strongly preferred; minimum 2 years of related corporate marketing experience.
• Working knowledge of brand marketing and creative design processes; ability to communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
• Strong messaging, copywriting, and proofreading abilities; highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn quickly, incorporate feedback, and apply learnings to improve work.
• Experience with project management software, Adobe Creative Suite, digital asset management, email marketing tools, and Canva.
• Comfort with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to create professional branded presentations.
• Strong presentation, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills; collaborative approach with internal and external partners. Preferred Skills & Experience
• Experience in hospitality, investment banking, management consulting, and/or commercial real estate.
• Demonstrates creative thinking and problem-solving to improve outcomes.
• Ability to adapt to evolving processes and changing business priorities.
• Interest in continuous learning, research, and creative development.
• Data and analytics awareness to support team goals and objectives. Compensation & Benefits
The posting is for an existing vacancy. The expected salary range is $62,000 to $92,000 per year, prorated based on contract term. Eligible for annual incentive awards under short-term and long-term plans (where applicable). Participation in group benefits and retirement plans is described in offer letters.
