Location: Toa Payoh Duration: 1 year (renewable/convertible)

Working Hours

Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm Salary: Up to $6200 Job Responsibilities: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups Design and maintain a consistent design system / component library Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the product lifecycle Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights Ensure designs meet accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design standards Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices Job Requirements: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile products Proven experience designing e-commerce websites or consumer-facing web platforms (online retail, marketplace, booking, food delivery, fintech consumer apps, etc.)

Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design Ability to translate user research and data into design decisions Excellent communication and presentation skills Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with developers Experience with motion design / micro-interactions Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing tools Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Ally (Kubota Ayako) CEI Reg.
