Job Description
The Candidate Attraction In-Market Support is a seasonal, field-based role responsible for executing boots-on-the-ground candidate attraction activities at an assigned market on a weekly basis.
This role - High school or equivalent diploma - Must live in or within commutable distance of assigned market location - Reliable personal transportation for travel within the local market area - Ability to work independently in the field following documented processes and a defined playbook with support from MRS - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for tracking and reporting activities - Comfortable engaging with community members, local businesses, and associate populations - Availability to work a flexible 32-hour weekly schedule, which may include some weekend, early morning or evening hours based on market need
