Job Description
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications. Maintain open communication with clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates on order status, and resolving any issues promptly.
:Assist the sales team with preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials. :Maintain accurate and organized sales records, including customer information, order details, and sales performance data. Monitor inventory levels, track stock availability, and assist with restocking as needed.
Collaborate with other departments, such as production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations. Prepare and analyze sales reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the sales operations. Assist in generating quotations and follow up on payments..
