In this exciting temporary role as a Senior Business Analyst, you will work within the technology department of a leading construction company. Based in Docklands, you'll play a key role in analysing business needs and driving the delivery of innovative technology solutions. Description • Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. • Translate complex business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process models, and actionable solution designs. • Identify opportunities to modernise business operations through process optimisation, automation, and technology enablement. • Collaborate with stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and delivery partners to deliver impactful digital solutions. • Support Agile delivery practices, including backlog refinement, testing, implementation readiness, and change adoption. • Analyse business processes, data, and performance insights to identify improvements and drive better outcomes. • Act as a trusted advisor, helping teams adopt new digital capabilities and embed sustainable ways of working. Profile A successful Senior Business Analyst should have: • Proven experience delivering end-to-end business analysis for digital transformation initiatives. • Strong ability to translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and solution designs. • Experience identifying process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies. • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across business, technology, and delivery teams. • Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management and solution testing. • Strong analytical capability with experience using data and insights to drive decisions. • Ability to influence change, support adoption, and deliver sustainable business outcomes.
