Workday Process Analyst

Sydney | Hybrid | Contract We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation seeking an experienced Workday Process Analyst to support a major enterprise transformation program. This role will focus on Workday HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking and Expenses, driving process improvement, requirements gathering, impact assessments and solution design across the organisation. Key Responsibilities • Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements. • Conduct process mapping, gap analysis and impact assessments. • Design and optimise end-to-end business processes. • Manage requirements traceability and support functional specification reviews. • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and project stakeholders. • Provide recommendations to improve processes, controls and business outcomes. • Support risk, issue and change management activities. • Ensure process documentation aligns with enterprise process architecture and BPMN standards. About You • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst on enterprise transformation programs. • Strong Workday experience across HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking and/or Expenses. • Demonstrated expertise in process modelling, business requirements and solution design. • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills. • Experience conducting impact assessments and process improvement initiatives. • Financial services or superannuation experience highly regarded.
