Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of the Secretary (OST), Working Capital Fund (WCF), Office of Financial Management (OFM) — WCF IT Financial Management, Cost Model Development, and Systems Integration Support.
Our client is a boutique consulting firm that employs consultants and professionals with unique skill sets to support the federal government with strategic execution, financial process enablement, IT systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation.
What will you do Lead a nine-person delivery team supporting the financial management of DOT's IT shared-services Working Capital Fund: cost model development and modernization, systems integration and automation, monthly billing and revenue management, customer transparency reporting, data analytics, and financial operating-model support across nine contract functional areas.
You are the single point of contact to Government leadership and own delivery quality in an environment with formal Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standards, 100% inspection of most deliverables, and a strict rule that rework caused by contractor error is performed at no cost to the Government.
This role rewards a PM who runs quality gates before submission, protects a demanding monthly billing calendar, and communicates precisely with executives.
