Job Description
Role Overview:
As a Senior FP&A Manager within our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Pune, you will serve as a strategic financial architect, steering the fiscal health and long-term planning of our global operations. You will lead the end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, acting as a critical bridge between regional business units and global leadership. By translating complex financial data into actionable insights, you will empower senior stakeholders to make informed capital allocation decisions. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, identifying growth levers, and ensuring the GCC remains a high-value contributor to the organization's bottom line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes to ensure alignment between regional operational goals and global financial targets.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to identify cost-optimization opportunities and drive margin expansion across the GCC's service portfolio.
- Lead the development of sophisticated financial models and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into performance metrics for executive decision-making.
- Oversee variance analysis and bridge reporting to articulate the "why" behind financial outcomes, ensuring accountability and proactive course correction.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and continuous process improvement.
- Drive the integration of advanced financial planning systems to automate reporting workflows and enhance the accuracy of long-range strategic plans.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in complex financial modeling, scenario planning, and long-range strategic forecasting within a large-scale multinational environment.
- Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders through clear, data-backed storytelling and the ability to simplify complex financial narratives for non-finance audiences.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing large, diverse teams and navigating the nuances of a GCC operating model.
- Strong proficiency in enterprise-grade financial systems and ERP environments, coupled with an advanced command of data visualization tools.
- A Master's degree in Finance, CA/MBA from a premier institute, or a professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA/CFA) is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, hybrid work environment in Pune, balancing the needs of global time zones with local team engagement.
- Candidates must possess 16 to 22 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, specifically within a global corporate setup.
