Job Description
Our US Partner is one of the most highly regarded real estate and estate planning firms in New York City. Were looking for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to be part of our team.
In this role, you will not only provide high-level administrative support but also bring technical proficiency to streamline office operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work-from-home set-up. If you are a tech-savvy and highly organized individual with a knack for optimizing office systems, we invite you to join our team!
Responsibilities
Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the managing partners' calendars. Ensure timely reminders and reschedule appointments as needed. Communication and Coordination: Serve as a point of contact between the managing partners and internal staff, clients, and external contacts.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner. Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Positive, professional attitude with a strong work ethic. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Senior Executive Assistant or in a similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience in AI preferred (e. g. , ChatGPT, Grammarly, Claude) Strong organizational skills with the ability to recommend and implement effective systems Previous experience working directly to a lawyer or attorney at the partner level is an advantage Originally posted on Himalayas
