Marketing Executive- 6 Months Contract Remote (UK) | 6-Month FTC | £35,000-£40,000 | 37.5 Hours We're looking for a creative Marketing Executive to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You'll support internal communications, colleague engagement, employer branding and recruitment marketing, helping to promote a positive workplace culture and attract exceptional talent. Key Responsibilities • Create engaging internal communications and marketing content • Manage employer branding and recruitment campaigns • Design digital and print marketing materials • Support social media and internal engagement initiatives • Coordinate recruitment events and campaigns • Monitor campaign performance and engagement What We're Looking For • Minimum 2 years' marketing experience • Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or similar • Excellent copywriting and communication skills • Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills Highly Desirable Experience within Education, Children's Services, Social Care or Healthcare .
