Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Construction / Engineering Services Position Title: M&E Coordinator Working Location: Central Region Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm) Salary Package: Basic $4,000 - $6,000 per month Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Manage model data to support model coordination between different disciplines, SWC, and subcontractors.
Work and communicate with different disciplines, SWC, and subcontractors to deliver and manage BIM data. Collect, integrate, and audit BIM data and processes according to BIM requirements, design codes, and authority regulations. Check models and BIM data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper data quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve BIM-related issues for BIM projects. Manage model data to support model coordination between different disciplines and subcontractors. Attend project BIM meetings as an auditor for clients and lead meetings when required. Lead the CCSM meeting.
Lead the production of CSSM / SEM models and drawings. Work and communicate with different disciplines and subcontractors to deliver and manage BIM data. Audit and report project metrics related to BIM models and data based on the client team’s requirements. Prepare progress and status reports for BIM projects.
Highlight clashes and discrepancies during meetings. APPLY NOW!!! Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. Clear understanding of M&E services. Monitor project progress and handle project-related issues.
Able to work well with others and communicate effectively. Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Good documentation skills are required. Familiar with Singapore building and construction regulations. Experience with substation, SP, or LTA projects will be advantageous.
Industry BIM certification, such as Revit Professional or BCA BIM courses, is preferred. Proficient in Navisworks or other markup and design review too
