Industry/ Organization Type: Hairdressing, beauty and other personal care services Position Title: Sales Manager (Beauty & Aesthetic) Working Location: Central Region Working Hours: 5-days work week (8 days off a month) | 10am-8pm (weekend 10am-7pm) Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Performance Bonus (Gross $6,000 onwards) Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.

Provide beauty advice and consultations to understand and meet customer needs. Guide and lead consultants and therapists to ensure quality services and treatments are delivered. Manage daily branch operations, including staff matters, sales targets, and promotions.

Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Encourage teamwork and clear communication to maintain a positive work environment. Meet sales targets and contribute to the branch’s monthly sales goals. Take part in marketing activities and campaigns arranged by HQ.

Ensure treatment and consultation rooms are clean, well-maintained, and suitable for customers. Review and improve daily work processes to support smooth operations. Represent the store and brand in a professional and positive manner. Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by management. APPLY NOW!!!

Minimum 5 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, with a strong sales track record. Able to work independently, take initiative, and stay motivated. Sales-driven, service-oriented, and interested in the beauty industry. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
