Job Description
Prime Video is seeking a dedicated, self-motivated Executive Assistant to provide support to the Head of Amazon MGM Studios Japan and Head of Prime Video SEA & ANZ.
The individual in this role will be detail - 3+ years of executive assistant experience - Experience in the entertainment industry - Experience with domestic or international travel coordination, or experience managing multiple calendars - Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+) - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience with Microsoft Office products & applications - Experience with workspace planning/management
