Through an Employer of Record (EOR), we are looking for a new QA Engineering Team Lead in India to join our growing Software Development Team.

This individual will report into our Manager, QA and is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products through effective test planning, execution, and automation strategies.

This role leads quality assurance efforts across projects, collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, and mentors junior QA engineers to continuously improve testing practices and product quality.

Role Type: Full-Time Location: Remote from India Schedule: Monday through Friday with a minimum schedule overlap of 4-5 hours per day with 8:00 a. m. to 5:00 p. m. U. S.
