The Senior - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience in an HR leadership role with broad knowledge of human resource management, including experience in a technology environment - Experience analyzing data to make business decisions - Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management - Experience partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business settings
