About This Role: As the Manager, Technical Recruiting, you will lead Crusoe's technical recruiting function during one of the most exciting periods in the company's growth.

Reporting into the Head of Technical Recruiting, you'll be responsible for building, developing, and scaling a world-class technical recruiting team that hires exceptional talent across Engineering, Infrastructure, AI, Hardware, Product and other critical technical organizations.

This is a player-coach leadership role that combines strategic talent leadership with operational excellence.
