About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing Finance team.

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, and delivering meaningful financial reporting that helps drive business decisions.

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will partner closely with teams across Finance, Operations, and People Operations to ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately, reconciliations are completed on time, and accounting processes remain efficient and compliant.

What You’ll Do Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and other accounting transactions. Maintain the integrity of the general ledger through timely account reconciliations and financial reviews.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring deadlines are met and financial results are accurate. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reporting packages, and variance analyses. Investigate discrepancies, identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve financial accuracy and reporting.

Ensure compliance with GAAP, accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls. Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for external audits and compliance reviews. Support the maintenance and enhancement of accounting
