Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist - BFSI/NBFC Sales Hiring (Individual Contributor)
We are looking for an aggressive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end hiring for BFSI/NBFC sales roles. The ideal candidate should have a strong recruitment background, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and consistently deliver against ambitious hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI/NBFC sales roles across multiple levels.
- Source, screen, interview, and close candidates within defined timelines.
- Plan and execute hiring drives across Bangalore and other cities as required.
- Build strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and ensure quality hiring.
- Track recruitment metrics and drive continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in BFSI/NBFC sales hiring.
- Strong understanding of the BFSI/NBFC industry and financial products.
- Aggressive, target-driven, and capable of working independently as an Individual Contributor.
- Willingness to travel to other cities for recruitment drives.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of additional regional languages is an added advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
