This role requires a commercially minded, creative individual with strong relationship management and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute partnership and licensing strategies to enhance brand equity and business growth. Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships, collaborations, and licensing opportunities with leading brands and platforms. Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and monitor campaign performance to identify growth opportunities. Lead the development of partnership frameworks, best practices, and innovation initiatives. Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership campaigns and product innovations. Track and report partnership performance, including engagement, reach, ROI, and commercial impact. Support regional teams in adapting and scaling successful partnership models across markets. Requirements Proven experience in brand partnerships, licensing, business development, or strategic marketing. Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Experience managing cross-functional projects and external partners. Commercially driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
