Senior Manager, Partnerships and Key Account (Sales) Management 1 yr Contract - Renewable and Convertible Job Scope Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies, sponsorship frameworks and value packages to strengthen the commercial ecosystem. Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, managing relationships with corporate partners and government agencies to maximize retention and revenue growth. Lead commercial negotiations and manage contract execution from acquisition through to renewals, upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Drive sustainable commercial revenue by proactively building and managing a robust sales pipeline, tracking targets and maintaining CRM records. Coordinate with programming, venue operations, leasing and marketing teams to activate partnership benefits and ensure all contractual obligations are met. Build the partnerships pipeline, establish sales governance processes and secure anchor partners ahead of the development's official opening. Job Requirements Proven background and experience in strategic partnerships, sponsorship acquisition, business development or key account management. Highly commercially driven with a proven and demonstrable history of successful revenue generation. Proven ability to communicate, negotiate and work effectively across diverse government, community and private sector stakeholders. Strong capabilities in data analysis, strategic presentation and long-term relationship management. Ability to develop foundational partnership frameworks, sponsorship packages and account management processes completely from scratch.
