Brief Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Application Developer and Administrator, responsible for supporting enterprise systems while collaborating on various implementation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations and provide effective user support. Responsibilities: Provide development and administration for enterprise applications. Handle user support inquiries, performing initial troubleshooting and diagnosing application-related issues, escalating to vendors when necessary. Participate in testing pre-release applications along with related software and tools. Engage in implementation projects, offering support after deployment. Plan and coordinate with vendors during project implementation, including application testing, patch management, and upgrades. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Requirements: Recognised degree or diploma in Information Technology. Minimum of 3 years' experience in application support and hands-on application implementation. Experience in deploying workflow and automation solutions. Experience in Nintex NAC, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Power Automate. Strong SQL skills alongside knowledge of HTML and Java. Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Effective team player with the capacity to collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels.
