Job Description
Ensure clinic's operational and procedural area readiness based on desired service standards. Assist with smooth patient journey including accurate and timely registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering and any other enquiries such as insurance provider's information for billing. Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses and prepare consultation documents. Attend to any requests, emails and phone enquiries. Assist clinic manager in administrative duties.
