Accountabilities: Regulatory Compliance : Support the implementation of regulatory standards and controls within EA processes. Examination Administration : Plan and execute activities necessary to support the smooth administration of SIM Global Education (GE) examinations. Audits : Ensure readiness of documentations to support all internal and external audits on EA department. Records Keeping : Maintain examination records in accordance to established EA processes. EA Policies and Procedures : Provide and compile inputs to the review of EA policies and procedures to meet operational/annual review requirements. Continuous Improvement and Innovation : Recommend and implement improvements to EA processes to address new business requirements/user experience and in achieving operational efficiency. Budgeting : Monitor and manage the annual budget of EA department for budget items assigned by Managerial Leadership. Mentorship : Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members. Examination Board Support : Execute activities needed to generate reports and analysis of examination results/statistics. JOB REQUIREMENTS Academic Education Minimally a bachelor's degree. Work Experience At least 2 years of relevant working experience in higher education. Proven track records of collaborating with team in achieving results. Skills Proficient in mentoring team members. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in utilising digital tools to enhance work effectiveness. Personal Attributes Ability to plan, organise and time manage under pressure. Independent and resourceful; collaborate effectively with others to achieve goals. Meticulous and process-oriented. Good learning agility; constantly recommend improvements and capable of adapting to evolving job requirements.
