What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark. Conduct Outbound Prospecting: Utilizetools like 6sense and Outreach.io toidentifyand targetexisting customersupsell and cross-sellgrowth potential. CultivateCustomerRelationships: Build andmaintainstrong relationships withexisting customersto fosterconsultativepartnershipsfor the long term. IdentifySales Opportunities: Analyzecustomerbusinessneeds, vertical, and technical challengesto uncover sales opportunities. GrowBook of Business: Oversee a portfolio ofexisting customers,uncovernew salesopportunities,increaseproductadoption and revenue contribution to Bluehost. Full Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales process for Bluehost services, from prospecting and closing deals to post-sale account management. Achieve Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction andmonthly sales targets. Resolve Customer Issues: Provide effective solutions to customer problems within our support scope. Exhibit Strong Interpersonal Skills: Thrive in a high-volume, dynamic environment by multitasking, prioritizing, anddemonstratingexceptional communication. Close Sales with Integrity: Apply robust sales skills
