The Role We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive (Indonesia) to join our Singapore-based commercial team and accelerate Xendit's growth across one of Southeast Asia's largest and most dynamic markets. In this role, you will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with Indonesia's largest enterprises and fastest-growing digital businesses. As a trusted advisor to senior executives—including CEOs, CFOs, CTOs and Heads of Payments—you will help customers modernize their payment and financial infrastructure, enabling them to scale more efficiently, improve customer experiences and unlock new growth opportunities. You will lead complex, strategic sales engagements from initial executive conversations through commercial negotiation and long-term partnership development. Working closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal and Compliance, you'll bring together the full breadth of Xendit's platform—including payments acceptance, payouts, treasury, fraud prevention and embedded finance—to solve complex business challenges. The role is based in Singapore and requires regular travel throughout Indonesia (approximately 50%). What You'll Do Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused on acquiring enterprise customers across Indonesia. Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through commercial negotiation and contract execution. Build trusted relationships with C-suite decision makers, including CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, Heads of P
