Quality Staffing Specialists are currently seeking skilled Registered Nurses to work in Emergency Department/Ambulatory Services. General Emergency Department with 18 beds (combined Adults and Pediatrics). Ratio 1:4. Average daily census is 75. Required Skills/Experience: Must have 2 years of recent ED/ER experience Charge Nurse experience preferred. Triage required. EMR: Epic experience required Required Skills: Interpretation & Management of Dysrhythmias, Phlebotomy, Starting IVs, and Triage Preferred Skills: Stroke experience, CVA, ICP monitoring, Neuro-Trauma, Spinal Cord Injury, TBI, Ortho-Trauma, Head Injury, Near drowning, CPAP BiPAP, Interpretation of ABGs, Ventilated Patients, Gunshot wounds, Traumatic amputation, and Isolation Precautions Location: Greensboro, NC **Must reside >50 miles from the facility to qualify Rate: $1,980/weekly Shifts Available: Nights: 7:00pm-7:00am, 3x12 hour shifts Scheduling Requirements: Length of contract: 13 weeks Hours per week: 36 Weekends: every other required Holidays as needed No Call Credential Requirements: Resume reflecting all experience & explanation of gaps in employment Diploma/Graduation from accredited Nursing School RN license in NC or Compact State BLS Certification (AHA) ACLS Certification (AHA) PALS Certification (AHA) NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) TNCC/ENA *preferred, not required Quality Staffing Benefits: Weekly pay by direct deposit Housing Stipends /Meals & Incidentals for all healthcare professionals Paid Sick Time Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term Disability (starts your 2 nd week) Referral Program One point of contact for all your staffing needs
