Roles & Responsibilities : We are seeking a seasoned Foreign Trade / EXIM professional with 10-12 years of hands on experience in managing end to end international trade operations. The role demands strong functional expertise in import/export compliance, customs regulations, logistics management, and trade governance, along with the ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization's EXIM function, ensuring regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and seamless coordination across stakeholders including customs authorities, logistics partners, internal stakeholders, and global counterparts. 1. EXIM Strategy & Compliance Governance Develop and implement robust foreign trade strategies aligned with business objectives. Ensure full compliance with applicable customs laws, FTP provisions, DGFT regulations, export control norms, sanctions frameworks, and anticorruption statutes. Drive risk mitigation initiatives and maintain audit readiness at all ?mes. 2. Import & Export Operations Management Oversee end-to-end import and export processes including documentation, customs clearance, freight movement, and last-mile coordination. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all EXIM documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Entry, Shipping Bills, Certificates of Origin, and related declarations. Manage interactions with Customs, DGFT, SEZ/STPI (if applicable), and other regulatory authorities. 3. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination Supervise international transportation (air/sea/road), CHA coordination, warehousing, and distribution.
