Job Description
Responsible of organizing all departments activities (WS, outdoor activities, etc.) Be member of digital transformation projects for the team Organizing Daily / Monthly / Quarterly meetings with stakeholders Documentation, organization, protocol, and related follow-up procedures Providing departmental support on a process-by-process basis when necessary (website development, archives, etc.) Supporting departmental purchasing processes Studying in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, or other relevant departments at universities (Being a 3rd/4th year undergraduate or master) Availability to work at least 3 days per week Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English (both written and spoken) Good command of MS Office programs Eager to learn new things, dynamic personality, willingness to take initiatives
