What You’ll Do as an Ethical Trade Executive, Monitoring In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day: Contribute to the implementation and ongoing development of Primark’s Ethical Trade strategy, including SOPs and ways of working Monitor working conditions in new and existing factories, including audit follow-up and remediation of non-compliances Support the new factory approval process, including supplier engagement, audit coordination, and documentation management Provide guidance and support to suppliers, factories, and workers throughout approval and continuous improvement processes Communicate Primark’s ethical trading requirements clearly across the supply base Build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to enable sharing of best practices and continuous improvement Identify, analyse, and proactively report risks to the business What You’ll Bring We want every person in our organisation to feel like they’re making a key contribution. Here are some of the experiences and skills you’ll need for the role: Experience in Corporate Responsibility and Ethical Trade Knowledge of audit and remediation processes (e.g. SMETA, SA8000, APSCA) Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships Manage complexity across diverse supply chains Work effectively across cultures in global teams Act as interface between suppliers, factories and internal stakeholders Understand business context and audit programme objectives Excited?
