Take a look and see what we’re all about! The Role. As a CX Associate, your mission is to deliver customer happiness with every interaction. Working remotely from your dedicated home workspace in the UK, you’ll support our clients by: Answering inbound calls Responding to live chats Booking appointments Taking and relaying messages to clients Providing exceptional customer service across multiple industries Alongside supporting our UK-based clients, you’ll also have opportunities to assist clients across the US and Canada, giving you exposure to a wide range of businesses and customer needs.
