The role We’re looking for a seasoned user experience architect to own product design for Chatbot experiences that make recruiters’ life easier and help companies provide an exceptional candidate experience. This is a hands-on role and you will be responsible for end-2-end product design for products, provide strategic design leadership, define product design paradigms, and be an advocate for the users and customers. Responsibilities Lead the design of core products that include conversational chatbots, interview scheduling, recruitment automation, and generative AI solutions. Take hands-on ownership of strategic design projects, overseeing the entire product design lifecycle from discovery, roadmap prioritization, problem definition to validation, implementation, measurement, and continuous improvements. Define core user experience principles to create intuitive and self-service recruitment workflows and automation journeys. You know what UX deliverables to choose to get ideas across, build consensus and translate complex (and often ambiguous) product/business/user needs into design solutions through you vast array of toolkit that includes: journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, UX patterns, prototypes, and UI design. Help shape the long-term design vision while ensuring the regular delivery of high-quality products. Represent design and be a champion for design thinking across the organization, participate in customer interactions, facilitate workshops and strategy discussions, present at company all hands, and identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration.
