Job Description We are looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Personal Assistant to support our daily operations. Overseas applicants are welcome. This is a flexible hybrid remote role. Most work will be performed from home, with approximately 1 day per week required onsite for office support and simple video/photo content recording. Workload may vary depending on operational needs, and some days may only require 1–2 hours of work. Training will be conducted onsite during the first 2 weeks. Responsibilities Upload photos, videos, and marketing materials to social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (XHS) Schedule and manage social media postings Coordinate simple signage board printing and basic design updates Prepare and submit required documents to landlords and management offices Liaise with vendors, clients, malls, and other stakeholders via WhatsApp and email Assist with administrative support, booking updates, and record keeping Follow up on operational matters and ensure deadlines are met Attend office/site visits approximately once a week for support and simple content recording Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned Requirements Ability to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage, as the role involves handling Chinese-speaking customers and materials.
