Job Description
You will be responsible for acting as the strategic interface between Global P&O and all countries within Asia Pacific region. In this role, you ensure coherent translation and implementation of global P&O frameworks, consolidate regional input, and safeguard governance and consistency across countries. You partner closely with regional business leaders and country P&O teams to provide clarity, alignment, and structured coordination. RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as a strategic People & Organization partner to Regional General Management, linking business strategy with scalable P&O priorities across countries Translate global P&O frameworks into region-wide approaches and ensure coherent, value-adding application Steer and align country P&O Business Partners, fostering clarity, collaboration, and consistent regional execution Balance global standards with regional and local realities, acting as an escalation point for region-wide P&O topics Safeguard governance, compliance, and comparability of P&O practices while monitoring risks and structural needs across the region Consolidate regional perspectives and represent them towards Global P&O and relevant corporate interfaces REQUIREMENT: University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Organizational Development, or a comparable field 5 to 6 years of experience in People & Organization business partnering, ideally in a regional or multi-country context Strong understanding of P&O frameworks, governance, and policy application within matrix organizations Proven experience in managing change, rollouts, and transformation initiatives across countries Strong stakeholder management, influence, and communication skills across business and P&O communities High systems-thinking capability paired with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to complexity
