Required Skills

1–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment/staffing. Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and staffing terminology. Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models. Knowledge of US work authorization categories (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN Visa, etc.)

Hands-on experience with job boards such as: Dice LinkedIn Recruiter Monster CareerBuilder Indeed Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

Daily Tasks: Full lifecycle recruiting providing sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, evaluating qualifications, negotiating benefits and salary, and presenting offers. Working on Multiple Job Boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Prohires and others).

Sourcing profiles according to the job specifications Screening - Technically profiles according to the job specifications Interview Scheduling & Follow-ups End to End Recruitment Life Cycle Education: Must hold a Bachelors or a Technical Degree in computer science or IT. B. E/B.

tech CS, IT or BSC computers or IT , MSC, MCA or other Technical Degree. .
