Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and tax compliance, and will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our financial data and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. Conduct audits and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines. Manage taxation matters including filing returns and compliance. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Provide financial analysis and advice for strategic decision-making. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes. Skills and Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (IND AS, IFRS). Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
