Job Description
We believe that the way people interact with their finances will drastically improve in the next few years. We’re dedicated to empowering this transformation by building the tools and experiences that thousands of developers use to create their own products. Plaid powers the tools millions of people rely on to live a healthier financial life. We work with thousands of companies like Venmo, SoFi, several of the Fortune 500, and many of the largest banks to make it easy for people to connect their financial accounts to the apps and services they want to use. Plaid’s network covers 12,000 financial institutions across the US, Canada, UK and Europe. Founded in 2013, the company is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York, Washington D.C., London and Amsterdam. The Data Partnerships team mission is to enable Data Partners (DPs) of all sizes to make data sharing reliable, secure, and valuable for everyone in the open finance ecosystem. By partnering with DPs, we help Plaid create great products for our customers and empower people to expand their access to and use of financial services — wherever and however they choose. The Fintech & Regional Segment within the Data Partnerships organization manages complex and dynamic relationships with high growth fintechs and established financial institutions. You will be a highly visible technical and product expert in Plaid's offerings (both for data partners and Plaid customers), learning and knowing how to work with and leverage Plaid products on both sides of the network. You will own many Data Partner relationships simultaneously and stay up to date on Plaid's technological improvements and new product offerings. You will collaborate with Partnership Managers and several other cross-functional teams, and you will be the primary driver to design and execute technical strategies that build trust with our Data Partners. Responsibilities Lead the technical strategy and roadmap with financial institutions and fintechs
