Roles & Responsibilities: Detailed role:  - Inventory valuation, accounting, and financial reporting for the RBIN entity   - Collaborate with senior management for review and approval of postings, with insights   - Effectively coordinate with statutory auditors to ensure timely closure of QEC/YES audit requirements and compliance obligations   - Conduct review with controller ship organizations for finalization of entries   - Generate business reports with key analysis for performance reviews   - Drive process standardization & operational efficiency initiatives with the controller ship   - Champion digitization & automation projects, including AI   - Identify & implement best practices in FP&A & controller ship Educational qualification: CA-Inter / CMA-Inter / or equivalent preferred Experience : About 10 years of FP&A experience, including Inventory Valuation Mandatory/requires Skills :  Likes to work with processes and people in worldwide collaboration  Careful and structured performance, detail oriented  Good ability to communicate and to work within a global expert team (incl. remote collaboration across regions  Ability to drive changes and continuous improvements  Assertiveness and proactive attitude  Good knowledge of Bosch business models and risk impact of GS processes  Good ability to deliver results under pressure, during peak periods and respecting the deadlines Preferred Skills : Strong analytical & stakeholder management skills   Experience with process rationalization, improvement & digitization
