As an Account Manager – Sales Excellence for Electrified Motion, you will serve as the primary commercial partner for a portfolio of global OEM and Tier 1 customers, delivering a high-touch, white-glove customer experience while driving profitable business growth. Acting as the voice of the customer within the organization, you will build strong relationships, lead commercial strategy, and ensure seamless execution across the entire product lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder with strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate complex customer organizations while balancing customer satisfaction and company objectives. Domestic and international travel will be required to support customer engagement, program execution, and business development activities. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of OEM and Tier 1 customer accounts, serving as the primary commercial contact throughout the product lifecycle. Develop and execute pricing strategies, customer negotiations, and commercial recovery initiatives to maximize profitability and support business objectives. Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Project Management, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to ensure successful execution of product launches, engineering changes, and customer-driven requirements. Lead commercial activities related to new business acquisitions, supporting customer quotations, contract negotiations, and program award execution. Oversee sample management activities throughout all development phases, including B-sample builds and subsequent prototype stages, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations.
