You will own the relationship between marketing and the Singapore Business Units — understanding what each BU needs to grow, translating that into targeted acquisition campaigns, and activating the right partnerships and events to build brand presence and client pipeline. Your role is to understand CRM well enough to execute it intelligently — knowing what segments to target, what journeys to trigger, and how to connect your campaign thinking to the data layer — without running it yourself. The right person is energised by relationships and business outcomes, comfortable working across BU stakeholders and external partners, and understands that in Singapore, acquisition marketing is built on trust and relationships — not media spend. WHAT YOU WILL OWN BU Relationships &Brief Management • Serveas the primary marketing contact for assigned Business Units — own therelationship, not just the brief • Attend BU planning sessions and proactively identify marketing opportunities tied to business priorities • Translate BU objectives into marketing briefs, campaign strategies, and measurable plans • Manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables — ensure BUs see marketing as a partner, not a vendor • Represent marketing's capabilities and limitations clearly so BUs brief appropriately • Conduct market research and competitor analysis relevant to Singapore BU priorities —bring intelligence into campaign briefs, not just execution • Track Singapore market trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour to inform campaign positioning and timing Acquisition Campaigns • Own end-to-end campaign delivery
