Overview We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with high-value client/s, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with both internal teams and clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that align with their goals. Role Responsibilities Sales Performance : Meet or exceed sales target quarterly and yearly by consistently identifying new business opportunities within the assigned account/s, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals effectively. To expand the business of the assigned key account/s by 2 times for the first year. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and needs. Strategic Account Planning : Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing accounts, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Solution Consultation : Collaborate with technical and product teams to understand client requirements and provide customized solutions that align with business objectives. Account Health & Retention : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring account health, addressing client issues proactively, and driving retention strategies. Forecasting & Reporting : Provide accurate sales forecasts and updates on account activities, ensuring senior management has visibility into performance and key account status. Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work in harmony and closely with marketing, product development, and support teams onsite and offsite to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to the key client/s. CRM update : Consistently update accurate records of prospects and sales activities in the CRM system, tracking progress and
