Job Summary Prepare and manage mechanical and electrical (M&E) work schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, inspect works, and supervise installation and commissioning of M&E systems to ensure compliance with standards and safety requirements. Responsibilities Prepare and manage M&E work schedules aligned with the project master programme to ensure timely progress Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues promptly Inspect mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works before concreting and subsequent construction activities to ensure quality and compliance Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (ACMV, plumbing, fire protection) and electrical systems (LV/HV, transformers, switchboards, CCTV) to meet project specifications Ensure all works comply with relevant standards, codes, and safety requirements to maintain site safety and regulatory adherence Work independently and coordinate effectively with project stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution Required competencies and certifications Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Electrical/Mechanical engineering projects within Singapore’s building and construction industry Preferred competencies and qualifications Hands-on experience in M&E systems and site coordination demonstrating strong technical knowledge Good understanding of M&E details, construction drawings, and local construction practices Driving ability is an advantage
