About the role We are looking for a proactive, organized, and efficient self-starter to join our team in the role of Executive Assistant. As an Executive Assistant at Chime, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our Executive Team. From managing daily schedules to creating efficient systems to keep things organized, you will be quintessential in the planning of team events, communication and calendaring. The support you will provide is critical to the company’s success. This position is full-time and located in our San Francisco office. There could be a need for occasional correspondence outside of normal hours. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $130,000.00 and up to $180,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience. In this role, you can expect to Manage the executive calendars extensively, including organizing internal and external meetings across multiple time zones & locations. Coordinate domestic and international itineraries & travel including booking flights & hotels, and coordinating details so that execs are always prepared during trips. Manage financial administration on behalf of the Exec team, e.g., processing receipts & invoices. Conduct event planning and coordination of team onsites and events. Communicate with internal & external parties, while exhibiting the highest degree of professionalism. Compile & edit briefing materials and synthesize this information into executive summaries/presentations with key business & communication insights. Strive to deeply understand the Company’s priorities, and proactively ensure that their time is organized accordingly. <
