PURPOSE The adidas Indy Technology Consultant identifies business opportunities and translates them into practical technology solutions through business case development, process analysis, process mapping, use-case definition, and solution planning and configuration. The role provides expert guidance on applications and systems, supports end users as needed, and helps shape solutions that meet business needs while aligning with adidas technology standards. In addition, the Technology Consultant serves as the face of adidas Technology to the business, acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. The role builds trusted cross-functional relationships, aligns priorities, and translates business needs into clear technical requirements that support efficient delivery and measurable business value. This position partners closely with stakeholders across distribution, operations, and manufacturing functions within the Indianapolis manufacturing and distribution center. A strong understanding of warehouse, supply chain, and operational processes is critical to ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with day-to-day business needs. This role operates within a rapidly evolving technology landscape that includes artificial intelligence, low-code and no-code platforms, and automation. The Technology Consultant helps business partners evaluate and adopt emerging capabilities in ways that improve speed, efficiency, and decision-making while remaining aligned with adidas standards, security requirements, and long-term strategy. With a strong understanding of the adidas technology landscape, the Technology Consultant evaluates how systems, integrations, and infrastructure affect operations across the Indianapolis manufacturing and distribution center.
