アマゾンは、何百万の商品をお客様へ提供し続けることによって、世界的に認知度が高く、グローバルリーディングカンパニ—としての地位を確立しています。また、“地球上で最もお客様を大切にする企業”であり続けるため、日々改善と改革を行っており、それらの業務へ貢献できる経験豊富な人材を求めています。プロキュアメント部門(調達購買部)は、将来の物流業界の変化及び商品種類増加を見据えて、従来の型にとらわれない新たなソリューションを構築しており、サプライヤーと、技術部門と一体になり、そのコストと納期を管理する部署です。また、その成長を安定的に支えるため、現場への定期的な監査実施を含めて効果的なサプライヤー戦略を - Bachelor's degree - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience managing and negotiating contracts and vendor relationships - Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results, or experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making - Experience in procurement - Experience in procurement and purchasing, including supplier relationship management - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese - Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
